Dear Students and Families,

Welcome to the Everest Value School community. By making that choice you have agreed to make participating in school a high priority in your life. Whether on campus or on the computer, your presence matters and makes our school a better place. Becoming a part of this community entails a great deal of work and commitment, but can result in tremendous opportunities for growth as a student and as a person.

Because of the qualities, skills, and knowledge you will acquire here, you will be able to take your place among the educated persons of your generation. After graduating from Everest Value School, you should be ready to tackle a rigorous high school education, which will prepare you well for college. Becoming an educated person will open many doors for you, doors you cannot even imagine now, as the world is changing so fast.

Your teachers are here to help you process the changes in the world around you and create your best self. You and the teachers are partners. You have a responsibility to do your work to the best of your ability, and let them know when you do not understand something. Only then can you become the best student you can be. 

Together we can all become an active learning community where we help each other discover new things and grow in wisdom and kindness. I look forward to working with you to accomplish great things.
